Man Killed in Hearthstone Drive Shooting, Suspect Arrested

On July 3, 2025, at approximately 4:27 p.m., Columbus Police Officers responded to a shooting in the 4800 block of Hearthstone Drive. Upon arrival, they located a male (later identified as Jaques Banks, 21) deceased in the front yard.

Columbus Police Seeking Assistance Locating Wanted Individual

The Columbus Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Timothy Thomas Reeves, 20, who is currently wanted on multiple charges. Reeves is described as a white male, approximately 5’3” tall, weighing 125 lbs, with tattoos on his face and body.
