Request a Fire Truck for Display

    • All displays will be scheduled at least 15 days in advance.
    • Displays will be scheduled during normal business hours.
    • If your event occurs across multiple days or time all occurrences must be scheduled at once.
    • Columbus Fire and EMS will not attend any event promoting a for-profit business unless they are hosting a charity.
    • Columbus Fire and EMS will not operate on standby for event safety.
    • Any fire truck requested for an event must be parked close to the event and must be engaged in the event.
    • Schools may request a truck display once a year and they must try and consolidate visits across their campus.
    • More than two reschedules of an event will result in event cancellation. If the requestor does not show for their event or is not prepared, they will not be scheduled with in the future.
