Message from the YAC President

My name is Utkarsh Anand, and I am a senior at Columbus High School. I am incredibly honored to serve as the Youth Advisory Council President for the 2026-27 year. As we begin this new year, I am excited for the opportunities ahead and for all that we can accomplish together. I believe that young people have the ability to shape the future of our community, and I want to help give us the confidence, opportunities, and platform to do so. Throughout my term, I hope to bring our council closer together, encourage new ideas, and turn those ideas into meaningful action throughout Columbus. There is so much potential within our youth, and I look forward to seeing what we can achieve when we work together, take initiative, and strive to leave our community better than we found it
