Columbus Consolidated Government (CCG) and the Community Reinvestment Department are pleased to develop and administer The City of Columbus American Rescue Plan - Homeowner Accessibility Rehabilitation Programs (HARP).

The primary objective of the City of Columbus American Rescue Plan (ARP) Homeowner Accessibility Rehabilitation Program (HARP) is to extend support to vulnerable low-income households by addressing the need to preserve affordable housing.

CCG has allocated $3,000,000 to assist low-income households. This assistance targets the costs of necessary repairs and improvements to residential dwellings not to exceed $30,000.
