This agency will investigate all complaints received concerning job related behaviors and conducts that are received from our citizens. This agency may find after investigation that there is not enough evidence to warrant action on your complaint. Any false complaint made against an employee may lead to criminal or civil action. The Muscogee County Sheriff’s Office will retain all Citizen Complaints and any reports or findings relating to complaints for a period no less than two years.
