• SKATE OR RIDE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
• The Jonathan Hatcher Skateboard Park CLOSES at 11:00 PM.
• Users under the age of 12 MUST be supervised by a parent or guardian while using the facility
• Entry after hours is considered criminal trespassing and may result in a trespass citation and seizure of equipment
• Know your abilities and skate within them
• Exercise common sense and general courtesy to other users
• Only one rider per board or bike
• Be alert of other skaters and bikes
• Securely strapped helmets, kneepads, elbow pads, and wrist guards are REQUIRED
• Appropriate shoes and clothing also required
• No clothing will be allowed that is offensive or derogatory to others
• No waxing rails
• No Metal bike pegs, please
• Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times
• No skating or riding when surface is wet or icy
• No pets, glass, food, or drink allowed in skating area
• Alcohol, tobacco, and drugs are also prohibited
• Be respectful of other riders
• No profanity, abusive language or fighting
• No modifications (ramps, jumps, other obstacles, etc.) to the skating surface
• Graffiti will result in closing the facility
