Skate Park Rules and Regulations
- SKATE OR RIDE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
- The Jonathan Hatcher Skateboard Park CLOSES at 11:00 PM.
- Users under the age of 12 MUST be supervised by a parent or guardian while using the facility
- Entry after hours is considered criminal trespassing and may result in a trespass citation and seizure of equipment
- Know your abilities and skate within them
- Exercise common sense and general courtesy to other users
- Only one rider per board or bike
- Be alert of other skaters and bikes
- Securely strapped helmets, kneepads, elbow pads, and wrist guards are REQUIRED
- Appropriate shoes and clothing also required
- No clothing will be allowed that is offensive or derogatory to others
- No waxing rails
- No Metal bike pegs, please
- Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times
- No skating or riding when surface is wet or icy
- No pets, glass, food, or drink allowed in skating area
- Alcohol, tobacco, and drugs are also prohibited
- Be respectful of other riders
- No profanity, abusive language or fighting
- No modifications (ramps, jumps, other obstacles, etc.) to the skating surface
- Graffiti will result in closing the facility
Violations of park rules will result in immediate suspension from the facility and possible suspension of future park use |
